Develop analytics within well-defined projects to address customer needs and opportunities.
Work alongside data scientists, ML engineers, and data/MLOps engineers to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services.
Work in technical teams in development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
Work with data engineers on data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics
Generate reports, annotated code, and other projects artifacts to document, archive, and communicate your work and outcomes.
Share and discuss findings with team members.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
Proficiency in analytic tools, libraries, and AI frameworks (e.g., Python, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Seaborn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers)
Experience in data cleansing, data quality assessment, and analytics for data evaluation
Expertise in applied analytics, including descriptive and predictive analytics on industrial datasets
Awareness of feature extraction and real-time analytics methods
Understanding of analytic prototyping, scale-up, scaling, and solutions integration
Awareness of industry and technology trends in Data Science and AI
Understanding of customer and stakeholder management and business metrics
Ability to work effectively in team settings
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective presentation and communication skills
Curiosity and creativity to drive business impact
