Role SummaryAs a Data Scientist, you’ll use advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve real-world business challenges and enhance the customer experience. You’ll design, develop, and deploy predictive models that inform marketing strategies, drive growth, and personalize customer interactions. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and influence the bank’s data-driven future.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and deploy Next Best Experience and recommendation models to deliver personalized, omni-channel marketing experiences.
Build customer segmentation and churn models to predict attrition and guide retention strategies.
Analyze customer behaviors, engagement patterns, and price sensitivity to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
Apply NLP techniques to transform customer feedback and surveys into actionable insights.
Ensure model compliance, interpretability, and responsible AI governance in partnership with model risk and business teams.
Design and assess experiments (A/B and multivariate) to measure marketing and customer impact.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering to create scalable, reliable, and compliant data pipelines.
Operationalize AI/ML models through MLOps best practices and integrate them into MarTech platforms like Salesforce and Adobe.
Education & Experience
Required:
Master’s degree with 3+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL; experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with cloud data warehouses like AWS, Hadoop, or Snowflake.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Preferred:
Background in financial services, FinTech, or customer analytics.
Familiarity with SageMaker, DataIKU, H2O, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Salesforce CRM.
Experience implementing MLOps frameworks and automated model pipelines.
