El Senior Data Scientist de Assortment en Turbo lidera el diseño y ejecución de modelos avanzados para definir el surtido ideal por tienda.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de modelos estadísticos y de machine learning para optimización de catálogo.
- Análisis de patrones de compra, métricas de inventario y comportamiento de usuarios.
- Evaluación de impacto de cambios de surtido mediante metodologías como Diff-in-Diff, CPID y GPLD.
- Integración de datos de distintas fuentes para soportar decisiones estratégicas.
- Colaboración con áreas de producto, comercial, operaciones y growth para alinear estrategias de inventario con objetivos de negocio.
- Garantía de calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de datos para análisis.

- Dominio avanzado de SQL y Python.
- Manejo de herramientas de visualización y análisis: Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets.
- Experiencia en modelado predictivo, optimización y análisis estadístico aplicado.
- Conocimiento del sector retail o e-commerce.
Competencias estratégicas y de negocio: - Capacidad para traducir hallazgos técnicos en acciones de negocio.
- Pensamiento crítico y enfoque en resolución de problemas complejos.
- Comunicación efectiva con audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
