We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

This position is for an experienced Data Scientist who will design and implement advanced MMM solutions. The Senior Data Scientist will focus on developing robust MMM —while leveraging strong expertise in modeling, Python, and SQL. This is a senior-level role for an individual contributor who takes ownership of complex projects, but it does not include direct people management. The position is open to candidates located in Argentina, Colombia, Chile or Uruguay.

• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python

• Build and implement end-to-end MMM.

• Define and enforce best practices for model testing, monitoring, and deployment governance.

• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable ML solutions.

• Conduct model validation and performance evaluation, ensuring fairness, robustness, and reproducibility.

• Drive efficiency and scalability in MMM workflows through automation and distributed computing.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in MMM, ML, MLOps, and Snowflake ecosystem to continuously improve solutions.

• Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques, especially linear regression, Bayesian models, time series, or causal inference methods.

• Experience with MMM frameworks (e.g., Robyn, lightweightMMM, custom solutions).

• Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2.

• Familiarity with SQL for querying structured databases.

• Knowledge of media metrics (e.g., impressions, GRPs, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and digital marketing channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TV, OOH, etc.).

• Deep understanding of model validation, multicollinearity, adstock/decay effects, saturation curves.

• Experience with incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, or A/B testing.

• Exposure to Bayesian modeling approaches (e.g., PyMC, Stan) is a strong plus.

Excellent written and verbal English is required to ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

How much experience must I have?

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data Science, with proven expertise in MMM.
