Job Description:

• We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop data-driven solutions through statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning. The role involves working with large datasets, building models and communicating insights to business stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess both outstanding analytical and technical skills and good business acumen.

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering and Economics
• Years of relevant experience: 2-3 years, preferably in insurance or financial industry

• Deliver insights that are actionable and can help business make decisions
• Design, build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that drive business impacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business pain points and explore opportunities for data science applications
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to measure the impact of process changes on key metrics
