WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build machine learning models in classification and information extraction
- Analyze rich and complex healthcare data to build and improve upon existing features and models
- Implement new solutions to improve the performance of the existing modelsWork with engineering teams to implement ML models into production and build ML pipelines
- Bring in the cutting-edge ML and NLP technologies into the existing models
- Explore LLM solutions for our AI models
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelors + 3-5 years of experience OR Masters + 1-3 years of experience
- Strong Python skills
- Strong SQL skills, experience querying large datasets
- Track record of building ML solutions
- Track record of using cutting-edge AI technology to solve problems
- Critical thinking and creative mindset
- Be a quick learner and keep up-to-date with new AI technology
- Passion in new AI technology
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in natural language processing
- Experience with large language models
- Experience in MLOps
- Experience with ETL processing
- Experience with cloud (AWS preferred)
- Experience in SaaS companies or in healthcare
- Experience in Quality or Risk Adjustment
- Experience with healthcare data

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $140,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
