Data Science Intern
Location: Santa Clara, CA
About this opportunity:
In this exciting opportunity you will be working with our GAIA Santa Clara Team that works on cutting edge AI and ML algorithms that are implemented in Radio Access, Packet Core, Transport networks and related services.
What you will do:
- Work with our data science team in designing and creating innovative AI and ML solutions
- Document findings and research done with regards to the project allocated
- Publish any new discoveries and ideas in a journal paper
The skills you bring:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Have experience in ML modeling using regression, decision trees, as well as neural networks.
- Experience fine tuning Transformer or LLM reasoning models.
- Thrive individually and as part of a team
- Enjoy working on tight deadlines
- Be able to produce quickly in a rapidly changing environment
