About the team:
Build and deliver sustainable Tooling. Process, and Practice discipline across the Network oganization that enables best-in-class Portfolio Management, Organizational Reporting, Budget Management, Business Governance, and Delivery Execution.
Objectives
1 - Design and build best-in-class processes and tooling for execution and tracking of Network Execution and Delivery (BAU and Change) - ensuring adherence / supporting relevant compliance and auditability measures
2 - Aggregate and streamline 'observability' of the Network Programs "Book of Work' including Program Execution, Operational Metrics, and Capacity Planning - leveraging accurate, timely data to ensure awareness and informed decisioning by Senior Management. Leverage data across network teams to drive operational improvement and accountability
3 - Coach, develop, and mentor team members in Program, Process, and Analytical disciplines with techniques that enable us to move faster, more effectively, and deliver better services and capabilities to the Network organization
4 - Build effective partnerships across Networks Program, and stakeholders in ONE and the business - ensuring our team becomes trusted advisors and contributors across stakeholders, initiatives, and teams
5 - Execute and Deliver 'special projects' as needed that drive operational excellence the Network Program.
6 - Promote individual development, visibility, and skill growth through training, skill enhancement, and meaningful, visible projects across Network for each member of the team
What we're looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Data Science or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Experience through coursework, internships, or academic projects in data modeling, data transformation, and data analysis.
- Ability to organize and structure data into meaningful insights and compelling business narratives.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proficient Python, SQL is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Dataverse and Power Automate.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, or team collaboration experience through academic, extracurricular, or internship activities.
- This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship.
