Description du posteUbisoft Entertainment is looking for a Data Scientist leading business and marketing solutions powered by ML or AI models and agent applications. Working closely with operations, productions and business partners to guarantee performance and fast data driven decision making. The position is based in Paris.
Ideal candidate has a scientific background with strong experience in statistical modeling, Machine Learning projects development, and applying these to production AI systems.
Mains responsibilities :
- Lead development of new data science and machine learning solutions.
- Develop or maintain LLM agent capable of querying Ubisoft structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with other Ubisoft data stakeholders (IT, Analytics, Engineers…) to ensure the feasibility of our projects
- Support the Global Publishing analyst and data scientist for everything related to API or Agent services deployment
- Improve and optimize our in-production ML or AI solutions in collaboration with ops and productions from recommendation system (direct to players solutions) to business LLM agents (analytics knowledge solutions)
- Bring leadership and enthusiasm around personalized solutions and ML/Gen AI technology
- Promote Ubisoft available Gen AI agent or copilots usage and best practices to relevant audiences
- Background in computer science or data engineering
- Passion for video games
- Good notion of Agent deployment especially in a governed data environment
- Good notion of Data Governance and security compliance
- Proficiency working with Python or Scala and Spark or similar languages
- Experience working with lakehouse data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake…) and Cloud storage and compute solutions (Big Query, Azure, AWS)
- Experience with collaborative development tools like GitLab and CI/CD practices
- Good understanding of machine learning and AI models
- Proficient with ML Ops best practices and processes
- Good communication skills
