Job Description:
- This is a role that requires working with diverse data sources, including but not limited to Sales and CRM data (from clients).
- Experience working in similar projects in Pharmaceutical domain in past in really an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-4 Junior/Associate Consultants and is able to guide the team effectively on project execution
- Data manipulation, analysis and reporting of large volume of sales and patient level datasets
- Creation of tables, figures and listings for output verification, in collaboration with lead
- Helping the team with new methods and techniques to solve a complex and difficult problem
- Work with the team lead in project and people management related areas
- Be responsible for end to end delivery of a project involving:-
Understanding the problem
Finding the most appropriate solution to the same
Giving timelines and deadlines
Follow-up with onshore / client teams in case of delays
Making sure all the quality checks are performed
Documentation of each and every step of the process
Essential Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Candidates must have demonstrated excellent SAS programming skills and the ability to implement complex data step logic that efficiently manipulate huge data sets (multi-million record relational databases)
- Must be comfortable with creating complex analysis data sets derived from various data sources with attention to outliers
- Prior experience with large databases is strongly desired.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills are essential. Will be required to efficiently document programming algorithms and QC process performed.
- Statistical Programming using SAS v 9.1.3
- Proven SAS programming expertise in the BASE, STAT, Macro and SQL modules
- Proven ability to effectively and appropriately present meaningful summary displays of large amounts of multi-dimensional data
- Successful experience in working in a global environment an advantage

Excel: Beginner/Intermediate skills
