Are you excited about turning data into insights that shape real business decisions?
In this role, you’ll work with data from multiple sources to support analysis, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. You’ll help teams understand what the data is saying, identify trends and opportunities, and build models in Python that improve decision-making. This is a hands-on position combining data preparation, analytics, and applied machine learning—delivered in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Supporting data analysis, reporting, and machine learning initiatives across the organization
- Working with data from different sources, combining, preparing, and validating datasets for analysis
- Cleaning, organizing, and transforming data to make it usable, accurate, and consistent
- Exploring datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights that can drive action
- Using Python and machine learning techniques to build, test, and improve models that support business decisions
- Translating business questions into analytical tasks by partnering with multiple teams to understand requirements
- Presenting findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You have good knowledge of Python and can apply it confidently to real datasets
- You have an understanding of machine learning concepts and how models can be used in business contexts
- You have experience with data analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or similar tools
- You are able to clean, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail and data quality
- You bring strong problem-solving skills and can work through ambiguous questions systematically
- You have good communication skills, including the ability to explain results clearly
- You can work effectively independently and also thrive in a collaborative team environment

Our manufacturing site operates 24-hours 7-days per week. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. Shift rotations vary from working a single straight shift to working two or three rotating shifts. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and to work any shift.
