Support coordinated updates with markets and ensure smooth model evolution over time
3) Drive adoption with business teams
Co-design interfaces, recommendations, and usage guidelines with business stakeholders

Excellent Python skills (clean, structured code; OOP)
Solid understanding of data ecosystems: ETL, APIs, SQL, storage concepts

Nice-to-have : Experience with GitHub, dbt, cloud environments, or industrialization practices
Soft skills that matter here
Curious, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
Comfortable debating technical choices, integrating feedback, and improving iteratively
Strong communication: able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders and to work with various stakeholders (AI Team Data Scientists, Product Owners, Data Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers, global and local Business stakeholders across markets, …).
Why join
Work on enterprise-scale AI programs deployed across multiple markets
