As a Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Business Partner, this role requires advanced expertise in HR analytics, HRIS reporting (Workday), and the ability to leverage tools like Power BI and Excel to uncover actionable insights and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of HR data within Workday, the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Collaborate with the HR team to consolidate and standardize data for consistency.
Reporting:
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for internal stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
Analytics:
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and compensation trends.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and strategies.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Remuneration and Benefits team to support compensation analysis and benchmarking.
- Liaise with IT and other departments to enhance data reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR data analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Workday is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with database management and HR metrics.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
