Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Product Management Senior Manager to lead several of the company's most critical and highly regulated marketing data products and platforms, including the Enterprise Consent Engine, Offer Management decisioning engine, and other strategic customer data and marketing technology initiatives.
This leader will define and execute product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, manage delivery priorities, and drive business value across a portfolio of data products. The leader will also identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and process reengineering to simplify workflows, improve controls, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate value delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic thinking, risk management, technical expertise, organizational discipline, and executive stakeholder engagement. The role serves as the primary owner of product roadmap development, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and develop teams responsible for strategic data products and platforms, driving execution of product roadmaps, data enablement capabilities, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the executive-facing product manager, providing thought leadership, performance reporting, risk assessments, and investment recommendations.
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and priorities for the Consent Engine, Offer Management platform, and other critical marketing data products.
  • Prioritize investments, use cases, and Program Increment (PI) objectives to maximize business value, customer experience, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business, technology, architecture, legal, compliance, privacy, and risk teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant data product capabilities that align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate technology-proposed designs and testing results to confirm alignment with business expectations.
  • Prioritize, evaluate, and propose solutions for incidents and data defects potentially impacting production data quality or data operations.
  • Champion strong governance, data quality, testing, validation, and operational readiness practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, process reengineering, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, controls, and customer outcomes.
  • Promote product adoption and enterprise data productization through stakeholder engagement, communication, and enablement activities, and measure adoption and return through quantitative ROI metrics.
  • Support ongoing Control performance, validation, risk measurement and audit initiatives designed to reduce risk exposure for responsible data products.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of data product or data management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, OKRs, and investment decisions for enterprise-scale data products.
  • Experience leading highly regulated products or programs involving customer data, privacy, governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience with modern data platforms and technologies such as GCP, SQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with customer consent management, privacy programs, offer management, decisioning platforms, marketing technology, or customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Experience with cloud-based data architectures, APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data governance, data quality, controls, monitoring, and remediation.
  • Experience partnering with business, technology, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience leading UAT, production validation, release readiness, and operational implementation processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, product management, and PI planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to balance innovation, regulatory requirements, risk management, and business value delivery in a large enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or workflow technologies to improve products, processes, and operating models.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, model risk, data risk, and risk, control & governance requirements in regulated environments.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
