- Shape requirements for core offer capabilities such as offer creation and management, eligibility and decisioning, offer orchestration, dynamic presentment, fulfillment, and measurement.
- Drive definition of experimentation and optimization capabilities, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization, and intelligent offer decisioning.
- Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and governance teams to ensure solutions are designed with appropriate controls, transparency, auditability, and regulatory alignment.
- Influence prioritization of strategic investments by developing business cases, sequencing recommendations, discovery artifacts, and executive-level communications.
- Serve as a thought leader in modern product management, customer-centric design, and platform-based approaches to offer management and customer engagement.
- Apply technical fluency in APIs, event-driven architectures, data platforms, decisioning services, and digital channel integrations to effectively partner with engineering and architecture teams.
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
The successful candidate will bring a combination of strategic product leadership, customer-centric thinking, and technology acumen, with experience operating in large-scale, complex environments.
