This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions in supply chain management. Additionally, it supports the development and operation of SAP S4/Hana processes in the supply chain area and contributes to the continuous improvement of the end-to-end process landscape.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize supply chain KPIs and operational data.
• Support the integration, analysis, and optimization of supply chain processes in SAP S4/Hana.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and derive improvement potentials.
• Collaborate with departments, key users, and IT to implement process improvements.
• Document processes and create training materials.
• Support the definition and measurement of relevant performance indicators.
• Proactively participate in change processes and promote an end-to-end process view.
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations

General Obligation

• Strict adherence to quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations and implementation of the instructions of the quality/environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
• The supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining facilities in their area of responsibility, as well as issuing instructions and taking other measures to ensure, maintain, and improve occupational safety and environmental protection, prevent occupational accidents and environmental damage, occupational diseases, and work-related health hazards

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or comparable
• Initial professional experience in supply chain, data analysis, or process management is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and data modeling
• Good knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, especially in the modules MM, SD, or PP
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and decisiveness
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels
• Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to question the status quo
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; other European languages are an advantage
• Driver's license required.
