We are seeking a talented Data & Process Analyst Intern to join our IS Services Information Systems team in Krakow. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in data analysis, visualization, and cloud technologies, process management while contributing to real-world business intelligence projects. You will work with complex data architectures to build meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across ABB and its businesses.
About the Internship:- Start date: 1st/13th of July 2026
- Work in a modern office in Kraków
- Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
- We expect availability: 30 to 40 hours per week (With considerations for ongoing studies)
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support integration and management of data within cloud services (Azure, databases) and optimize performance.
- Assist in creating automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Manage several aspects of operations within our request management system built with SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Create clear, impactful data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop data narratives and storytelling approaches to enhance understanding of trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prototype and refine visualizations based on user feedback to ensure optimal representation of concepts and insights.
- Select and apply appropriate visualization techniques to surface actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Engage with target users to understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive, accessible dashboards that facilitate decision-making.
- Balance aesthetic design with functionality to ensure dashboards are both visually appealing and accurate in terms of data.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, workflows, and procedures to support knowledge sharing.
