Key responsibilities ✨
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI and other platform regulations (DSA, etc.), while acting as the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Develop and implement privacy policies, risk assessments (DPIAs), and compliance frameworks to mitigate data protection risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, internal teams, Fraud/Security team, and external stakeholders on data privacy and broader compliance matters.
- Lead other business related projects such as AI governance, compliance efforts and litigation, ensuring responsible and legal use of AI-driven technologies.
About you 🧑🚀
- You hold a master’s degree in law, information technology, or compliance and experience in data privacy, compliance, and regulatory affairs, ideally in a technology-driven or digital platform environment.
- You bring 6+ years of experience in a similar position,
- You have in-depth knowledge of privacy regulations, particularly in relation to digital platforms (ideally AI governance), and global compliance frameworks.
- You have experience in conducting privacy risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and advising on compliance controls across digital products and emerging technologies.
- You have a track record of implementing compliance frameworks, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to data protection, AI, and fraud prevention policies.
- You have experience in engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders, including security, fraud, engineering, and leadership teams, to align compliance with business objectives.
- You are comfortable leading training and awareness programs on data privacy, AI compliance, and broader regulatory issues to foster a culture of compliance.
- Fluency in French and English is required; a third European language is a plus.
