We are currently searching for an Analytics Engineer – Data Engineering and Power BI:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and transformation workflows using dbt and Python DAGs in Airflow.
• Develop clean, reliable, and reusable data models for analytics and reporting.
• Work with SQL and data warehouse platforms to investigate data, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary transformations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX measures.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate, scalable data models and reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and continuous data quality checks.
• AI Forward: Understand how to marry AI tools to enhance productivity on daily tasks.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 10+ years of Total Experience in the data domain.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Strong Python proficiency for building data pipelines and handling complex transformations and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and/or modern ELT/data transformation practices.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, fact/dimension structures, and analytics datasets.
• Experience working with a modern cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake.
• Strong working experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar datasets and quickly identify relationships, data quality issues, and transformation requirements.
• Experience debugging and supporting existing data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Must be a great communicator and client-facing, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor while seamlessly collaborating as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams and client-facing duties.
