As a Data Administrator supporting our Living sector, your main responsibility will be to perform data entry activities of unstructured property data. You will ensure that the data is accurate, complete, and up to date. By doing this, you will allow the research and business teams to transform data into insightful, actionable intelligence that drives strategic decisions and fosters innovation across our operations. Positioned within the broader EMEA Business Development Services team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of professionals, including data research analyst, data scientists and automation experts, to streamline data processes and support analytics offerings.Job Description
Responsabilities:
- Enter and update unstructured property data in the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Assist with ad-hoc data and analysis requests from the business
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and the EMEA Research Team to deliver market, client, and operational data requirements
- Work closely with our Research teams to enable and support their reporting requirements & data needs
- Work on key data focused projects at country and EMEA level to help deliver our data focused company objectives
- Support the cleansing and enhancing of datasets to improve overall quality
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, working independently and as part of a team to deliver on assigned KPIs and business goals
- Liaise with business stakeholders, in particular the data science, business intelligence and research leads, to capture additional data and insight to augment analytical capabilities
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Data management experience will be strong advantage
- Strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative roles is a plus
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and focused
- Reliable, able to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience
