What You'll Do
- Monitor and review key metrics to ensure operational performance aligns with company goals and identify any anomalies or trends requiring attention.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies or performance issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage, test, and QA fixes, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and address underlying issues.
- Engage in the continuous improvement of team processes by identifying gaps through data-driven insights and suggesting actionable improvements.
- Document findings, process changes, and QA methodologies to support team development and streamline onboarding for new hires.
