Job Description- Coordinate day-to-day data operations activities to support timely and accurate delivery of assigned outputs.
- Perform routine and moderately complex production tasks in line with established procedures, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor daily SLAs, track operational performance, and escalate risks or delays in a timely manner.
- Conduct data analysis and basic production analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support market research-related operational activities, including data validation, reporting support, and process coordination.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workflows and alignment across related functions.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation for daily operations, production status, and SLA performance.
- Communicate updates, issues, and progress clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present operational updates, findings, or performance summaries when required.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute ideas for process efficiency, workflow improvement, and error reduction.
- 1–3 years of experience in data operations, production support, market research operations, administrative support, or related business operations roles.
- Understanding of how assigned tasks connect with team goals and broader business operations.
- Ability to solve routine operational problems independently by selecting from established solutions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience monitoring daily deliverables, turnaround times, or SLA-driven workflows.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good presentation skills, with the ability to explain updates, findings, or issues clearly.
- Ability to manage own workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and standard business systems is preferred.
