The JFrog RevOps team is looking for a driven and talented Data Quality Analyst for maintaining the integrity, quality and consistency of our data within the CRM system
As a Data Operations Analyst at JFrog you will..
Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Oversee data entry processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM
- Maintain and optimize account hierarchies, including M&A updates, brand structures, and segmentation fields
- Maintain accurate business segmentation data elements from different sources
- Utilize data enrichment tools and services to validate Account records
- Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, delete and update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM
- Manage and prioritize data change requests while meeting SLA targets
Data Quality Management:
- Conduct data audits cadence and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, RevOps, Finance and IS) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas that are not aligned with the data governance and Policies
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues andTrack & monitor data integrity for newly launched Sales and Marketing Business Processes in the CRM
- Monitor data quality for new business processes and ensure clean adoption in the CRM
- Support sourcing and prospecting efforts by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and enriched account and lead data in the CRM
- 3+ years of experience in data operations or data quality roles in B2B environments
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (data model, objects, reporting)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage and improve CRM data quality processes
- Ability to design and optimize prompts or AI-driven workflows for automating repetitive CRM tasks
- Familiarity with building lightweight automations, agents, or internal tools using AI platforms
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Note: JFrog is located in Bangalore/Bengaluru (Bellandur) and we follow a hybrid work model (3 days in office is mandatory).
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in data management role, in a B2B Enterprise companies
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud of Salesforce CRM, including data entry, reporting, Objects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
