At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.
Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission.
Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.
The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to work directly with the India RCM Leadership. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency through data analysis, dashboard development, process automation, reporting, and data quality management.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying operational bottlenecks, building insightful dashboards, automating repetitive tasks, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive data-backed decision-making.
What This Role Isn't
Not a data science or ML research position
Not a cloud infrastructure or DevOps role
Not about building pipelines or systems in isolation — every piece of work ties directly to an operational outcome that impacts real people doing real work
The mindset we are hiring for
Someone who sees a broken process and instinctively asks "why is it broken?" before asking "what tool should I use?" Someone who can sit with a non-technical team lead, understand their pain in 30 minutes, and have a working prototype by end of week. Someone who treats internal operations teams as their users and builds with the same rigor a product engineer would build for external customers.
This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Gurgaon, India office.

Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Write SQL queries to surface productivity metrics, error patterns, turnaround times, and operational insights.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems and tools.
Process Automation
Identify manual and repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation.
Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Retool and available technologies.
Translate written SOPs and decision logic into scalable automation rules.
Reduce turnaround times and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Data Operations & Quality
Analyze operational datasets from Excel, CSV, and database exports to identify root causes of performance issues.
Validate and audit data quality across multiple sources.
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions to maintain data integrity.
Support operational improvement initiatives and establish best practices for reporting and data governance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work directly with the India Operations Head and operations leaders on strategic initiatives.
Sit with operations and team leads to understand workflows end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable tools and automation solutions.
Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations and process improvements.
