Lead and define data migration strategy and high-level design across teams, plan and manage migration processes, guide development of migration artifacts, engage application teams for mapping and definitions, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage escalations and stakeholder communications.

- Work across teams to understand data usage and implications for data migration
- Define and drive the data migration strategy and the high level design for the migration solution
- Design, plan and manage the migration processes
- Guide development on data migration objects (tool, code architecture, reusability, visibility, performance)
- Engage with the application teams (source and target) to understand the data within the applications and produce the data definitions relevant to data migration.

Requirement:
Must Have:
- Should have a very good understanding of the Telecom BSS Domain.
- Should have 15+ years of working experience in data migration/telecom transformation projects with a perfect understanding of the migration process and migration strategies.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient customer engagement.
- Strong Understanding of database concepts with good understanding of SQL languages
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Expertise in ELT/ETL technologies, designs, and approaches
- Should have good proficiency in Japanese language
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Good to Have:
- Good understanding of Couchbase and Elastic databases.
- Experience in working on Netcracker BSS solutions.
Skills Required
