Design and Modification:
- Design, create, and modify product and prototype templates using PMF (Product Master File) and ECM (Engineering Change Management) systems.
- Develop tooling plans for machine equipment and workstations.
- Create and update operational procedures using calculation forms.
Data Management:
- Update technical data in the SAP (ERP) system.
- Codify articles, tooling, and labeling elements.
- Maintain traceability of design and modification work.
- Verify, validate, and utilize technical data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Contribute to the consistency and reliability of the database.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and internal procedures.
- Follow and enforce site-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Prevent environmental pollution and handle only HSE-approved chemical products.
- Manage waste disposal in accordance with Sartorius procedures.
Risk Management:
- Immediately report identified risks, accidents, or incidents related to health, safety, and the environment.
- Participate in the evaluation of professional and environmental risks within the department.
What Will Convince Us:
- Academic degree in industrial design or data management
- Good command of spoken and written English and French
- Certain knowledge of procedures (ISO, BPF and BPD)
- Certain knowlege of software and CAO, ERP (SAP)
