What You’ll Achieve with Us 🥇Join us on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company:
Location: Must be based in Metro Manila or southern surrounding areas (Laguna, Cavite)
Data Oversight: Manage data exports from legacy POS systems such as QuickBooks, Decor Fusion, RockSolid, and others.
Manual Data Entry: Accurately perform data entry tasks with great attention to detail.
Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal Google tools, and Microsoft Excel to streamline and support your work.
Compensation: $700/month
Independent Contractor Status: You are registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor, responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.
Monthly Dinners: Enjoy monthly dinners in the Alabang/BGC area.
Transportation: Company covers rides to and from dinner.
Audiobooks: Access unlimited audiobooks through our team subscription to Libro.
Benefits: As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for additional benefits.
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and point-of-sale systems.
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop.
Work Schedule: Availability to work Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.
Overtime and Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during client go-live events and be on-call when necessary.
Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, particularly during go-lives.
POS Experience: Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Salesforce Knowledge: Proficient in using Salesforce.
Familiarity with Google Tools: Experience with Google Internal Tools.
Excel & Google Sheets: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Startup Experience: Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
Intro Call (20 minutes): A remote interview with Amanda, Head of the Philippine Team & our founding recruiter.
Homework Assignment (30-min prep): Instructions for the homework task will be sent after the introductory call.
Homework Test & Culture Call (45 minutes): A remote test and culture conversation with Tyler, the hiring manager.
On-Site Interview (30 minutes): An in-person interview with Amanda, focusing on your ability to learn quickly and fit with the company culture.
Reference Check: Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
