Key Role
The role is responsible for the quality of the data input and output for  the HPA commercial offering and the Hospital Analyzers feedback  service offering. Specifically, the role is responsible for UK HPA Data Assessments, Production data queries, Data Chasing, Ward Portal Query Investigation and HPA QC Production

Roles Purpose

  • Conduct data validation and analysis using CRM tool, Knowledge  Factory, Aginity, Sharepoint, Securnet and Basic Knowledge in SQL

  • Conduct data assessment analysis using raw data to provide the accurate system setup and coding rules

  • Ensure that the data received are included in the live production environment with no to minimum delay

  • Resolve ward queries in a timely manner and act as the point of contact between the  supplier, local office and Manila production teams

  • Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets as needed on the data investigation during UK HPA Production.

  • Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.

  • Conduct various checks to capture any data anomaly prior to the release of client reports to ensure data accuracy

  • Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Graduate of any relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science-based degree

  • Preferably at least 1 year experience with quality or analytics team

  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and domain knowledge in IQVIA production process

  • Ability to process large amounts of data to isolate issue in question

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of complex concepts and processes and dynamics within the team

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in PC application software (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential

  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required

  • Has initiative and is self-motivated to learn and resolve client concerns with minimal supervision

  • Experience on basic programming using R, Python, SQL or SAS is required

  • Experience on working with BDF platform is preferred but not necessary
