They will also assist in the creation of data governance frameworks and implementation of data governance policies.

- Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with data stewards and business units to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems (including supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal data policies)
- Monitor data lifecycle management, including metadata, lineage, and classification.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement remediation plans.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic initiatives.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.

Qualifications and Education:
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in data management, data governance, or data quality roles
- Experience conducting data audits, maintaining data dictionaries, and supporting data governance frameworks
- Experience with data governance tools like Collibra, Informatica, or Alation
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, Compliance)
- Attention to detail and time management
