Purpose of the role
• User Charges, Ground Handling and Fuel system maintenance• Ensuring that all audit action points are actioned on time and according to the client requirement
• Continuously improving own area of responsibility; simplification, automation and robotisation of DOC processes
• Support in potential migration to SAP system (BRF+/DOC processes)

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Accountabilities
• Maintenance of pricing structure in the system based on procurement contracts and mismatches clarification until final resolution versus contracted conditions with Group Procurement, IT, business and /or suppliers
• Resolving complex DOC queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Process execution according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Contract Leakage; analysing and presenting results regularly
• Proactive management of interactions with suppliers, internal and external partners
• Supporting potential transition to ERP
• Ensure DOC process documentation (DTPs) and process maps, including changes and proper approval flow
• Ensure that all audit action points (including ICFR) are actioned on time and according to the client requirement
• Continuous improvement in own area of responsibility; simplification, automation and robotisation (machine learning capabilities) of DOC process and its reporting feasibilities and accuracy
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• MS degree in Finance, Economics, Maths or related fields
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate, analyse and solve problems; excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in the way of effective team working
• Stakeholder management skills across a diverse geographic region and at multiple levels, with the gravitas to engage with and influence stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resources
• Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation; strong customer focus; excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English, Spanish is an asset
• >1 years experience in supplier and contract management, data capturing, analysing and presenting
• Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the accounting space
• Working proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP; experience in BRF+, VBA and/orSAP Ariba would be an asset
