Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highly accurate and efficient processing of client records to meet daily production goals.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Process and Input Data: Accurately key in a large volume of record numbers and associated data into the system, leveraging your 10-key proficiency and experience to meet a minimum daily production goal.
  • Support Records Management: Collaborate with team members to sort, scan, and categorize files, and create labels to ensure all client records are efficiently managed and correctly labeled for storage or retrieval.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines while upholding all organizational standards for data entry accuracy and client records handling.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in high-volume data processing and proven 10-key proficiency.
  • 1 - 2 years Data Entry Experience
  • Strong knowledge of data processing techniques with a proven ability to consistently achieve daily production goals.
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace and adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • English reading, writing, and communication skills.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Rate: $15.00 - 18.00 per hour.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.
  • Location: 11713 Missouri Bottom Rd Hazelwood MO 63043
  • Schedule: 6:30 - 3:00 Monday - Friday (Occasional Weekend)
  • 14 paid days off (7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.
