Location: Remote ( 100% )
Reports to: Manager, FileSmart Services
Compensation: $20/hr
Qualified Candidates Need:
- 1+ years’ data entry experience
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel, Chrome/Internet Explorer browsers, and learning proprietary software
- Ability to detect patterns & trends while reviewing large amounts of data
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortability with talking to clients through phone & email communication
- A continuous desire to learn & provide a phenomenal customer experience
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Review, fact-check and process Repair Orders for submission
- Index Repair Orders and file them in the appropriate places
- Enter Op Codes & repair data from Repair Orders into established spreadsheets
- Establish positive rapport with employees and vendors
- Make outbound calls & send emails to automotive dealers
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
