Position Overview
LevelUp is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our clients by maintaining and organizing data across their internal systems. The role involves accurate input, verification, and basic quality checks of operational and business data, ensuring seamless back-office support for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update records in internal databases and applications
- Verify data accuracy and consistency
- Perform basic quality checks before submission
- Follow clear data handling and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with team members to clarify missing or incomplete information
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online forms
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Good communication in English (written)
- Previous experience with data entry or admin tasks (1 to 3 years)

- This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week.
- The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to but is often a night schedule (US time) and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important.
