Profile Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry, lead generation or database management roles
- High accuracy and attention to detail with large volumes of data
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Strong written English communication skills for email outreach
- Ability to work independently and stay on task across a 20-hour week
- Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work at pace
- Familiarity with online business directories and web research techniques
- Organised and methodical approach to managing and tracking outreach pipelines
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Experience with CRM tools or outreach platforms advantageous
Core responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying tradespeople list provided and construction businesses via online directories (Yellow Pages, Google, industry databases)
- Entering business details, contact names and email addresses accurately into a spreadsheet and MPIRA. (Empiraa CRM)
- Sending templated outreach emails to tradespeople to onboard them onto the Mates Rates platform
- Tracking outreach status and following up with non-responders in a timely manner
- Categorising and tagging tradespeople by trade type, location and status within the database
- Maintaining data accuracy and consistency across all records
- Flagging duplicate entries and cleaning existing data as required
- Reporting on daily and weekly outreach activity and database growth
- Supporting general admin tasks related to platform onboarding as directed
