Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to support our Shared Services Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing, verifying, and maintaining data integrity across systems, while contributing to accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Data Input Accurately transfer and input data between internal systems, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Verification Review logs and entries for errors, duplicates, or missing information and correct discrepancies promptly
  • Database Maintenance Update and maintain records, perform routine audits, and ensure data is well-organized and accurate
  • Reporting Compile, sort, and prepare data to support the creation of routine operational reports
  • Confidentiality Handle sensitive company and customer information securely in line with data protection and privacy policies
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred)
