E-Commerce is constantly growing and Midigator (an Equifax owned company) provides services to protect both Merchants and Consumers through their journey. Owner data entry Midigator agents work in the areas of payment processing, chargeback management, and fraud prevention. Using an internal platform to help merchants and financial institutions effectively manage and dispute chargebacks.
The analyst role is centered on providing effective solutions to clients, minimizing chargeback rates, and maintaining a secure and efficient payment environment.
What you’ll do:
Chargeback Management:

Monitor and manage chargebacks, working to resolve disputes between merchants and cardholders.

Analyze chargeback data and trends to identify patterns and implement strategies for reducing chargebacks.

Use Midigator's platform to file disputes, track resolutions, and ensure accurate documentation.
Fraud Detection and Prevention

Work closely with fraud prevention teams to identify and mitigate fraudulent transactions.

Review transaction data and customer behavior to flag suspicious activities and reduce chargeback risks.

Collaborate with financial institutions and merchants to implement fraud prevention tools and practices.
Customer Support and Collaboration

Provide excellent support to clients (merchants, financial institutions) regarding chargeback and fraud resolution issues.

Communicate with banks, card issuers, and merchants to resolve disputes and return funds to the correct party.

Work with internal teams, including data analysts and client support teams, to resolve complex issues.
Reporting and Analysis:

Analyze chargeback reports to identify trends, potential fraud issues, and areas for improvement.
What experience you need

High school diploma.
-
Excellent English communication skills (BELT) B2/C1
-
6 months Proficiency with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Previous back office experience.

Previous experience using chargeback management platforms.

Familiarity with relevant financial institutions, Visa/MasterCard rules, or card network regulations.

Knowledge of the payments industry, chargeback processes, and fraud detection.
