As a Data Engineering Manager , you will:
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and Architecture communities to ensure data solutions align with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Triage new data and analytics requirements, assess architectural and modelling impacts, and provide delivery estimates.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of business and physical data models, ensuring consistency and alignment across delivery teams.
- Act as the custodian of data models, owning modelling standards, principles, and governance.
- Define and enforce data architecture and modelling best practices, including 3NF, Dimensional, and Data Vault methodologies.
- Design and guide end-to-end data warehousing and analytics architectures.

- Strong experience working with large, complex data environments.
- Proficiency with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
- Solid understanding of Data Vault architecture and scalable analytics patterns.
- Awareness of modern data trends, including machine learning and algorithmic techniques at scale.
