Primary Responsibilities:
- Implementation - Data Mapping and Transformation
- Perform complete file mapping based on layouts and requirements of downstream consumers
- Document business logic for transforming data into product specifications
- Design, author, and test ETL processes to transform data between formats, including cleaning, filtering, aggregating, enriching, normalizing, and encoding data for analysis, processing, or integration
- Map client local terminologies to product and industry standard concept
- Execute and interpret data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support User Acceptance Testing and Production Deployment Activities
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Identify root causes and resolve issues raised by Client, Project Manager, Support, and cross-functional teams
- Respond to support requests promptly and deliver effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction
- Leadership, Collaboration, and Communication
- Partner with Clients, Project Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation of specifications and processes
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to team members and clients
- Oversee task prioritization and workflow. Take responsibility for deliverables and maintain alignment with U.S. counterpart leaders
- Lead and mentor team members
- Monitor operational metrics and ensure delivery quality across teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Full time graduation degree
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field
- 7+ years in ETL and Data Warehousing within Cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; aptitude for learning new technologies
- Knowledge of Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
- Knowledge of ETL Tools: MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
- Knowledge of Programming & Scripting: SQL, Python, Scala
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS
- Knowledge of Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Hive, Apache Spark
- Documentation: Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing client requirements and technical discussions
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Understanding of clinical processes and terminology
- Familiarity or experience with AI/ML
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets
- Demonstrates solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability in responsibilities
