Position Overview:
The Data Engineering Intern will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, developing scalable data pipelines, and creating insightful visualizations to support decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Data Pipeline Management: Ensure the successful execution of TikTok command center data pipelines, guaranteeing that the data is accurately reflected in the dashboard.
Market Onboarding: Collaborate with all markets to facilitate their onboarding onto the command center, ensuring a smooth integration process.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively follow up with stakeholders to acquire and upload necessary manual and master data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct daily data quality evaluations (DQE) to identify and rectify any discrepancies or bugs.
Dashboard Performance Oversight: Manage and optimize the performance of both the dashboard and data pipelines, ensuring they meet user needs.
Feature Development Collaboration: Work closely with the Beauty Hub team to identify and implement new features in the command center that enhance insight generation and improve content analysis (both positive and negative).

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Graduating in 2027
- Proficiency in Microsoft data bricks & and Power BI Gen 2.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark programming skills
- Proficiency with data architecture and data processing tools.
- Certifications preferred: Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate [DP-700] or Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional & Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
