Our Data & Analytics team partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver trusted data, analytics, and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. We design, build, and maintain a modern data warehouse that serves as the foundation for reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions across our line of business.
We are seeking a Data Engineer I to join our team and help develop scalable data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone early in their data engineering career who wants hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, AI-assisted development workflows, and data warehousing practices, working alongside experienced engineers, analysts, and business partners to build pipelines, enhance our Data Vault-based warehouse, and deliver high-quality data assets.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data from operational and third-party source systems.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our Data Vault-based data warehouse.
- Develop and optimize ELT processes using modern cloud data platforms and transformation tools.
- Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor and improve data quality, reliability, and performance across warehouse and reporting solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and technical design discussions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for data flows, transformations, and business rules.
- Support production processes and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code as part of daily engineering work — pipeline development, code review, testing, and documentation.
- Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and engineering best practices.
Our Team
Our team delivers the data foundation that enables analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the business.
