What you can expect
This role will be part of the Enterprise Applications team and will be collaborating closely with other data analysts, data scientists and data engineers to support Marketing transaction system. The Enterprise Applications team works cross functionally with business stakeholders, data teams, Marketing, IT, and Product teams. You'll need strong skills in data integration, problem-solving, and communication and transforming business requirements into robust technical implementations.

You'll be part of the enterprise marketing and architecture team that delivers best-in-class technology solutions supporting global marketing initiatives.
Our team develops marketing business and system capabilities spanning customer profiling, journey mapping, campaign execution, omnichannel engagement, lead management, data insights, and ROI measurement. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL/ELT data pipelines that power marketing transactions and attribution models.
Unifying customer data across the Zoom ecosystem and transaction tools to enhance efficiency and address business use cases.
Transforming raw marketing data from multiple sources into scalable, performant data models optimized for marketing
Integrating data across warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks), transaction platforms (Salesforce), web analytics, and product usage metrics to create a unified data ecosystem.
Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and IT teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions that drive marketing effectiveness
Developing and optimize production-level DAGs using orchestration tools (Airflow) to support realtime and batch marketing data workflows
Identifying Resolution & Customer 360: Maintaining unified customer profiles through deterministic and probabilistic matching rules to ensure consistent cross-channel customer experiences.
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Productivity and Accelerate Business Use Case Implementation
What we’re looking for
Have Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, or related technical field.
Have 8+ years of experience in data engineering with demonstrated expertise in marketing, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis
Apply solid foundation in software engineering principles including data structures, algorithms, CI/CD methodologies.
Hold expert-level SQL skills with proven experience in dimensional modeling, data design, and optimization for transaction workloads
Be an expert in advanced database skills, including complex SQL, performance optimization, and large-scale data processing.
Possess experience in data engineering and architecture, building batch and streaming pipelines using platforms such as Apache Airflow and Kafka.
Have hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Hive, Trino) and cloud data platforms (AWS)
Have demonstrated expertise in digital marketing technologies, including advanced data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms. Problem-solving ability and a blend of technical and business acumen.
Maintain track record of building scalable data solutions that support business-critical marketing decisions and drive measurable ROI
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124,000.00Maximum:
$271,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
