As a Data Domain Architect senior Associate within Consumer & Community Banking - Business Banking division, you will support the Customer Satisfaction survey process. Through the application of highly technical skills, you will create customer data sample files across all lines of business which are used to generate insights to better our customer’s experiences. You will be responsible for working collaboratively to develop solutions to obtain and extract large customer data sets which meet business inclusion and exclusion criteria. You will ensure integrity of process by creating samples which are representative of the entire customer base, through extensive auditing and validation.
Job responsibilities
- Leverage a variety of analytical and statistical applications (SAS, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Identify customer interactions and events across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, emails etc.) to target customers for survey invitations.
- Wrangle, prepare and validate data from multiple diverse data sources in preparation for file creation.
- Independently deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs.
- Facilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for survey data to measure customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely and collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.
- Construct process documentation and workflow capture.
- Aid in presentations summarizing code logic and data sourcing.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required in Operations Research, Market Research, or a related field with 6+ years of experience
- Proficient with SAS Viya, SAS Macro, SQL, Alteryx and MS Office analysis tools.
- Experience using common relational database systems; i.e., Snowflake, SQL and Oracle database
- Experience in AWS, Databricks or other Cloud Data Warehouse
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
