As a Data Domain Architect senior Associate within Consumer & Community Banking -Customer Loyalty Analytics team you will be responsible for deriving insights about our customers’ journeys and developing and implementing innovative strategies and advanced analytics solutions to improve the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the operating framework and deployment strategy for Customer Experience survey data through the utilization of the appropriate platforms and tools.
- Ensure the firm is obtaining the full benefit of its investment in the Qualtrics platform by extracting the maximum value from its features and capabilities.
- Engage and support internal stakeholders through the development and deployment of Customer Experience Reporting solutions such as interactive dashboards.
- Support the development, maintenance, and refinement of Customer Experience taxonomies to enable stakeholders to quickly and efficiently identify themes in unstructured data such as survey verbatim.
- Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of technical solutions to enable the survey execution process and drive efficiency through automation.
- Reduce operational risk and drive associated activities that are necessary to ensure adherence to Controls requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify data needed to support the processes. Determine whether the firm’s data is fit for use within a given process.
- Facilitate use case and requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation of new data delivery and analytic capabilities that address specific business needs.
- Conduct research and development with emerging technologies, determine their applicability to business use cases, document and communicate their recommended use in the firm.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of related experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or related field
- 1+ years experience with the Qualtrics Experience Management platform (XM) and utilizing Generative AI tools
- 2+ years experience utilizing Alteryx
- Broad expertise in data technologies; i.e., data warehousing, ETL, data quality concepts, Business Intelligence tools and analytical tools, unstructured data, machine learning, etc.
- Technical understanding of common relational database systems; i.e., Teradata and Oracle.
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills
