About the role:

As the Enterprise Systems Lead on site, you will guide Takeda's digital journey, managing a team of systems and application subject matter experts.
How you will contribute:
Reporting to the Head of DD&T and leveraging innovative solutions, you will play a key role in advancing Takeda's Lessines site-recognized as a Factory of the Future-into a hub of digital excellence and sustainable operations.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a team of systems and application SMEs, nurturing collaboration and technical growth.
- Align team strategies with manufacturing objectives to achieve digital transformation milestones.
- Empower your team through mentoring, management, and driving operational excellence.
System Management & Maintenance
- • Oversee critical technical systems to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure operations.
- • Proactively manage updates and maintenance while solving complex technical challenges.
- • Act as a bridge between IT and business teams to enable seamless communication and resolution.
System Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and functionality for excellence.
- Implement upgrades to deliver superior user experiences across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor configurations in response to evolving business and production needs.
Advanced Technical Strategy
- Partner with business leaders to define and implement digital requirements.
- Communicate transformation impacts and system benefits to stakeholders and executives.
- Design, document, and implement new digital manufacturing solutions aligned with innovation goals.
- Drive technological solutions tailored to advance Takeda's Lessines site.
Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
- Safeguard system security with proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with strict regulatory standards while preserving system reliability.
- Develop frameworks to protect operations and support long-term sustainability.
What you bring to Takeda
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years in operations across production, quality, maintenance, or logistics.
- Proven expertise in system administration, technical management, and leadership roles.
- Strong experience with manufacturing systems such as Oracle, SAP, MES, or LIMS.
- Hands-on skills in automation, scripting, and digital product development.
- Knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Vendor management expertise with strong business partnership and contract negotiation skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with IT teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English for global collaboration.
