About the Role: Data deployment Lead , will oversee analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring that the data-driven initiatives align with business objectives. The role requires coordination between cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful execution of analytics programs. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, managing timelines, resources, and communication to drive performance improvement through analytics insights.

What you'll do:

Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact between business teams and analytics teams to ensure clear understanding and effective communication of project goals, deliverables and timelines.

Data Strategy : Collaborate with data teams to develop strategies that utilize data insights for business optimization and problem-solving.

Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, managing teams across geographies, if needed, and ensuring that they have the support and tools needed to perform.

Risk Management: Identify risks in projects and proactively work with the teams to mitigate and resolve any issues.

Performance Monitoring: Track progress of analytics projects, ensuring key performance metrics are achieved, and project results meet stakeholder expectations.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering , and business analysts to ensure that solutions align with business needs.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine analytics project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are:

• 5 -7 years of experience in program or project management within an analytics or data-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Data Science, Business Management, etc.). A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Python (Pandas), SQL. Good to have experience in NLP/LLM techniques

• Proven track record of managing large-scale analytics programs and teams.

• Ability to understand Manufacturing data, and technical statements
