We are seeking a highly skilled Data Conversion Lead to oversee data conversion and release management for a large-scale ERP and business transformation project. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of data conversion projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute data conversion projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through verbal and written reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/BS with 9+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in Computer Science or STEM-related degree
• 10+ years of related experience, including proven data conversion and project management expertise.
• 5+ years of solid troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within scope.
• 5+ years of excellent customer focus, committed to delivering exceptional service.
• 5+ years of strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$162,041.00-$259,425.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
