Data and BI Analyst
Courser is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Data and BI Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in maintaining and evolving our business intelligence infrastructure, including PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytical tools, primarily focused on standardizing the analytics and dashboards for our newly acquired businesses. You’ll be the data owner of our dashboards and the architect of insights that empower our service delivery teams.

Data and BI Analyst
Courser is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Data and BI Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in maintaining and evolving our business intelligence infrastructure, including PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytical tools, primarily focused on standardizing the analytics and dashboards for our newly acquired businesses. You’ll be the data owner of our dashboards and the architect of insights that empower our service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- BI Infrastructure Management: Maintain and administer PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytics platforms to ensure uptime, accuracy, and performance.
- Dashboard Development: Build and standardize real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Legacy Logic Stewardship: Maintain and enhance the logic and data models developed by previous BI contractors, including:
- Financial BI package
- Success metrics dashboards
- Weekly “Are We Winning?” dashboards
- Partner Enablement: Anticipate and support the analytical needs of new partners joining Courser, ensuring they have access to relevant insights and tools.
Key Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (PowerBI and Brightgauge as plus)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and KPI standardization
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
- Proactive mindset with a desire to understand the “why” behind the data
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
