Your responsibilities  

• Lead the development of the meta model for the data governance tool. 
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to drive the implementation of the data catalog tool from the ground up. 
• Work closely with Business Analysts to define and refine metadata. 
• Partner with Business Stewards to assist with configuring metadata and the business glossary. 
• Drive subject matter expert (SME) requirements to facilitate the rollout of data assets onto the catalog tools. 

Skills and qualifications 

• Minimum of three years of experience. 
• Expertise in data mining, visualization, and machine learning techniques. 
• Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python. 
• Skilled in data modeling, design, SQL development, and database administration and AWS. 
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable. 
• Ability to conceptualize comprehensive architecture solutions that align with the organization’s overall objectives. 
• Capable of managing and driving technological change effectively. 
• Solid understanding of both current and emerging data technologies. 
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in systems design. 
• Innovative problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological limitations.
