Join us as a Data and Reporting Specialist
As a Data and Reporting Specialist for Capital Partners, you will be responsible for providing data, analytics and reporting to key stakeholders. In this role, you will own activities related to delivering reports and presentations that align with the requirements and needs of internal and external clients. You will also act as a Data Steward, and ensure that BBH’s core data governance principles are being adhered to.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Deliver day-to-day core reporting processes and/or materials to support best-in-class accuracy, presentation and brand guidelines
Collaborate with Relationship Management to create reports and client presentations
Understanding of client data and operational functions that align with reporting
Implement reporting and automation technology best practices and recommend improvements based on Firm and industry guidelines to drive business results
Partner with CP systems to create requirements for, test, and implement new reporting requests
Reconcile internal databases to source systems to ensure cleanliness of consumable datasets
Develop and maintain process and procedures documentation

Desired Qualifications:
BA or Equivalent
2 + years of relevant experience
Knowledge of investment management and advisory business including compliance principles
Familiarity with automation platforms (i.e, Qlik/Nprinting, SEISMIC, SmartCapture etc.)
Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approach
Strong detail orientation
Ability to work with autonomy as well as in a team environment
Organized and willing to take on additional responsibilities
Solution Oriented
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
