We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and AI Specialist to drive the development and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions across the organization.
In order to be successful in the role, you do have a strong background and interest in data platforms, machine learning, and generative AI, with proven experience in technical project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
A summary of your activities:
During the Project Development Phase:
- Coordinate external technical teams during the end-to-end development of data platforms and AI projects.
- Ensure development team are developing resilient and scalable solutions.
- Interact with cross-functional teams, to resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to ensure project continuity, without compromising innovation.
- You will ensure project compliance with Data Governance policies.
Cross-Projects:
- Together with Data Governance team, You will define and implement best practices for data governance and management.
- Support the deployment of platforms like Databricks in compliance with infrastructure and cybersecurity standards.
- Perform tests and small PoCs in platforms like Databricks, AWS and Azure, to ensure technical feasibility.
- Deploy and manage AI/GenAI training programs to upskill internal stakeholders.
- Support in identifying Data and AI use cases across departments.
Your experiences and background
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
- Good experience in data, AI, and software engineering roles.
- Good knowledge in Data Platform, AI and GenAI solutions.
- Strong knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data platforms (Databricks).
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, and Italian.
